Anaerobic Digestion

What makes us different?

With nearly 20 years experience in project planning, assessment, specification and installation of CHP equipment, we work in close partnership with each of our clients to advise on the best solution.

Taking waste volumes, feedstock type and energy requirements into consideration, we will recommend the most efficient biogas engine to meet your specific requirements.

Working in close partnership with our gas-to-grid (G2G) suppliers, we can convert the captured biogas into electricity giving you the ability to operate your site grid-free.  Your plant would be completely self-sufficient, repurposing the energy created to run the full site, and all surplus energy can be sold back to the national grid.  Completely eliminating organic waste, while becoming self sufficient in energy overheads.

We work closely with our clients from agriculture to food and water waste, providing them the ability to operate even in the event of the national grid going down.

A typical CHP working at 85% efficiency can achieve an average 40% reduction in utility bills – simply by self generating energy.  Sites are able to significantly reduce emissions and maximise their environmental credentials.

CooperÖstlund can supply genuine, OEM  and refurbished parts according to your budget and needs with warranty provision.
